Returns & Refund Eligibility
Refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds or replacements are only offered where:
- The product arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is faulty or defective
- There is a genuine issue with the product
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Refunds and returns only apply to products purchased directly from Immunis.
Consumable Products
Due to the nature of consumable products, returned items may not be accepted if they have been excessively used or tampered with.

Typical shipping across Australia is approximately 2–3 business days, excluding some regional areas and Western Australia where delays may occur.
