At Immunis, we offer a Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of receiving your product. Customers need to send the full product back at their cost.

We will provide a full refund on the price of any product purchased when it is returned within 14 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes. This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 15 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased, and payment will be made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Immunis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@immunis.com. We will provide you with the return address at that time.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
